The RAIDER from PPC is taking the spray foam and polyurea industry by storm.

The patent pending Raider uses a state-of-the-art pump and drive system to deliver polyurethane foam and/or elastomeric coatings for most all applications.

The machine is simple to operate, and comes in both heated (303, 304, 305) and a non-heated (301) models to accomodate high pressure spray applications or low pressure joint sealant applications.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

A totally enclosed electric motor provides minimal maintenance with maximum efficiency. The machine's transmission and pumps are submerged in individual fluid reservoirs to eliminate seal crystalization and wear, which is commonly found on piston driven equipment.

Counter rotating pumps assure on ratio accuracy throughout the psi and gpm scale, eliminating lead-lag surging and pressure inbalances at the gun or dispense head.

This non-pulsating flow and positive delivery provide for minimal over spray, fewer crossovers and better control of the spray pattern. Spiking of hose pressure inbalances are virtually eliminated, further minimizing maintenance costs and down time.

OPERATION:

  • The Raider's fluid path is all stainless steel, including all wetted heater parts. The Raider's primary heaters are 150 linear inches of fluid path with manual (not digital) adjustment levels and parameters pushing 6,000 watts standard. The maunual adjustment is much more durable, less complex, and more simple to operate.
  • The electric system is also simplified with a single motor controller, a manual hose heater controller, manual heater controls, thermostats, and the hydraulic circuit is GFCI protected with breaker and rotary encoders for tamper resistant settings.
  • One speed control, 4 breakers and heated hose encoder are all you will find on Raider control panel. There is no need for complicated electronics that often fail in the field or during transport.
  • The Raider's material temperature is read from stainless steel, 1% accuracy thermometers plumbed in line in the fluid path, and the pressure is indicated on large 2" dial all stainless pressure gages.
  • The fluid reservoirs are 15 gallon capacity each with shut-off valve, and strainer, all incorporated in a welded, not bent frame and roll cage for job site durability and mobility. The fluid reservoirs make the Raider ideal and cost effective for smaller, and repair related projects. Just fill it up and Go!
